Artūras Melianas contributes close with Pavilnys Community, participates at meetings, together solves many problems of the Pavilnys district.

In 2008 A.Melianas promoted organization of Pavilnys Centenary celebration events. He also helped to release Pavilnys artists calendar “Pavilnys Centenary”.
