In the end of 2008 Artūras Melianas with the interests established “Dvarčioniškiai” Association, which connects active inhabitants and workers in the district of Dvarčionys. Artūras Melianas support with cash establishment of Community.

Major goals of “Dvarčoniškiai” are to solve general problem of the district, to consolidate inhabitants and workers, to create future of the common place together.

”Dvarčioniškiai” Association organizes feasts, arranges Community meetings. Association especially focuses in the activities plan on the safe and clean environment creation.
